Phinna

Phinna started with a simple idea: Vietnamese coffee deserves to be loud, bold and easy to love.

We brew every cup the traditional way, one slow drip at a time through a phin filter, using dark-roasted robusta from Vietnam’s Central Highlands. It’s strong, chocolatey and a little sweet from the condensed milk.

What began as a love for the street-side cafes of Hanoi and Saigon is now a shop where you can grab a cup, sit down with a bánh mì, and take a bag of beans home to brew yourself.
